• Ability to perform safety rounds and document patient activities.

Responsibilities

• Observe and record patient behavior and activities.
• Report changes to nursing staff and suggest plan modifications.
• Inventory and monitor patient belongings and unit supplies.
• Provide or assist with direct patient care, diagnostics and therapies.
• Perform crisis intervention on the unit to maintain safety.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
