Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Aide to provide supportive services in a behavioral health unit. You will observe patient behavior, assist with movement and activities, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in adherence to facility rules and healthcare standards.

You will report behavioral changes to clinical staff, assist with daily unit activities, and ensure confidentiality and safety. Strong teamwork and calmness under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist behavioral health staff in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment

• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and drills
