All In Solutions is seeking an experienced VOB Specialist in Boynton Beach, FL, to confirm insurance eligibility and benefits for substance use and mental health treatment. This on-site role supports admissions teams with accurate coverage details and authorization needs.

You will verify benefits, calculate patient financial responsibility, and coordinate with clinical staff across high-volume, time-sensitive admissions. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and CPT/HCPCS codes is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding related to behavioral health.
Understanding of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.

Responsibilities

Specialized Verification: Verify eligibility and benefits specifically for Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Mental Health, including coverage for various Levels of Care (Detox, PHP, IOP, OP).
Financial Analysis: accurately determine deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and co-insurance to calculate patient financial responsibility prior to admission.
Urgent Response: manage a high volume of time-sensitive admissions requests, communicating clearly with the Admissions and Clinical teams.
Payer Expertise: Navigate provider portals and conduct phone verifications for major commercial and government payers in CA, NJ, and FL.
Authorization Prep: Collaborate with Utilization Review (UR) to ensure all pre-certification requirements are met for incoming clients.
Tech Proficiency: Document all interactions precisely in Kipu and Salesforce.
