Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) in Draper, Utah. You will provide hands-on patient care, help maintain a safe, structured environment, and support recovery in a compassionate, team-based setting where your work matters.

Qualifications

• Hands-on patient care experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
