Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) for the Weekend Day Shift (7:30am-4pm, Saturday and Sunday). The role includes a $3 hourly differential on top of base pay.

You will provide hands-on care, support patient safety, and work within a structured, team-based environment to promote recovery and well-being. This entry-level position offers growth within our behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required or training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility.
• Six months of relevant patient-population experience preferred.
