Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team in Germantown, TN. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused setting, helping ensure patient safety and recovery.

The role offers consistent hours and opportunities to grow within one of the nation’s largest behavioral health networks, with a supportive clinical leadership team and ongoing training to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
