Job summary

Harboroaks in Hudson, WI seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. The role provides hands-on care, supports recovery, and helps maintain a safe, structured environment. Evening hours are 7pm–7am, with every other weekend.

A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. You will work under clinical or nursing leadership, deliver compassionate care, address patient concerns, and participate in a supportive, team-focused setting that promotes growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
