Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) for full-time or part-time day or night shifts, 12-hour rotations (7a–7p or 7p–7a) including every 3rd weekend. You will provide hands-on care and supportive, compassionate service in a team-based environment focused on patient safety and recovery.

This role offers base pay of $16–$17 per hour with shift differentials, plus benefits and opportunities for growth within one of the nation's largest behavioral health networks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
