Harboroaks in Lafayette, LA seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) for full-time night shifts to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership, maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting recovery.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and timely response to patient concerns, with opportunities for training and career growth within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
