Job summary

Harboroaks in Springdale, AR is hiring a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to support patient recovery in a structured, team-focused setting. You will provide hands-on care, help maintain safety, and contribute to a supportive healing environment where your work makes a real difference.

You will work with a dedicated clinical and nursing leadership team, receiving training and growth opportunities while maintaining predictable schedules and a professional workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
