Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-based environment focused on patient safety and recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
