Mount Carmel Behavioral Health, a joint partnership between Acadia Healthcare, is an 80-bed hospital providing acute inpatient and outpatient care for adults with mental or behavioral health challenges. We seek Behavioral Health Associates to join our team.

PAY RANGE BASED ON EXPERIENCE: $16.00-$20.00 HOUR, with $1.00 extra for STNA and $1.00 extra for Phlebotomist. RESPONSIBILITIES: ensure patient safety, document clinical information, assist with activities of daily living, and facilitate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and de-escalation training required.
• Six months or more experience with the target population preferred.
• Compliance with facility policies.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency related to patient safety and provide excellent customer services.
• Ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive environment.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision at 15-minute intervals as noted.
• Document timely, accurate clinical information in the patient’s medical record.
• Assist in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
