Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care, maintain a safe, structured and therapeutic environment, and collaborate with clinical leaders to support recovery and safety.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least six months of relevant experience; CPR and de-escalation training are required or provided on hire. We offer growth, stable schedules, and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is required or training provided on hire.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
