Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support patient safety and recovery in a structured team setting. You will provide hands-on care and work closely with clinical leadership to keep patients safe.

Responsibilities include maintaining a therapeutic environment, addressing patient concerns with empathy, and collaborating with nurses and staff to deliver quality care. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
