Job summary

MILARK in Fordyce, Arkansas is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to help keep patients safe and support recovery in a structured, team-based setting. You will provide hands-on care under clinical or nursing leadership, promoting a calm, therapeutic environment and compassionate, professional interactions with patients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
