Overview

Under the supervision of the registered nurse, assist in the individualized care of patients to achieve their highest level of physical and mental wellness. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to nursing care. Assists in unit operational support tasks. Performs duties consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Education: Successful completion of a High School Diploma and/or Nurse Assistant training course.

Preferred Experience: Behavioral Health, Psych, or Direct Support Professional.

The physical demands are representative of the minimums needed to perform all essential functions of the job, including lifting, balance, hand coordination, and data entry.
