• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Conducts safety checks and follows supervision guidelines.
• Checks patients for contraband and safeguards belongings.
• Records observations and communicates significant changes to the clinical team.
• Engages patients in activities and teaches coping and social skills.
• Documents in patient records timely and accurately.
• Applies de-escalation techniques and assists with restraints when needed.
