Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. In this role you will provide hands-on care, keep patients safe, and support recovery in a structured, team-focused environment where your work matters.

You will work under clinical or nursing leadership, maintain a safe setting, and engage with patients with empathy and professionalism. A High School Diploma and CPR/de-escalation/restraint certification are required or training provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification required (training provided on hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership.
