Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the wellbeing of clients and provide a safe, positive, supportive, and structured environment.
• Maintain constant awareness and supervision of clients.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure supervision per guidelines.
• Interact with clients, observe behaviors, and report significant observations.
• Engage clients in activities and promote participation in treatment goals.
• Facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups covering social, coping, and independent living skills.
