Job summary

Village Behavioral Health, part of Acadia Healthcare, is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Associates to support girls in a residential psychiatric treatment setting in Louisville, TN. The role offers meaningful work, a team-focused environment, and opportunities for career growth within our network.

Responsibilities include direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and promoting empathy and safety for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.
