Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) for PRN coverage in Boca Raton, FL. This role focuses on patient safety and supportive care to aid recovery, in a structured, team-oriented setting. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

The position is PRN and not eligible for benefits, offering meaningful work, consistent hours, and opportunities to grow within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
