Harboroaks is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Associate to join our Lafayette, LA team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership in a structured, therapeutic environment designed to support recovery and safety.

As part of a larger behavioral health network, you will work alongside experienced clinicians to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to safety protocols and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required; training provided upon hire.
