Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care in a safe, structured environment and support patient recovery with empathy.

You will work under clinical or nursing leadership, maintain patient safety, and engage with patients and team members in a professional manner. Training is provided upon hire and opportunities for growth exist within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.
