Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care and help support recovery in a structured, safe environment under clinical leadership.

This role offers stable hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for ongoing training. Evening shift differentials apply and we value compassionate, patient-centered care as part of our commitment to safety and healing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
