Harboroaks in Lafayette, LA seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to provide direct patient care under clinical leadership, maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment, and support patient recovery with empathy and professionalism.

You will work within a team of clinical and nursing staff in a large behavioral health network, with predictable hours, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth while helping keep patients safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
