Harboroaks in Georgia is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our clinical team. You will provide hands-on patient care under clinical or nursing leadership in a structured, therapeutic environment designed to support recovery and safety.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and professional conduct, with predictable hours and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network. CPR and de-escalation training are provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.
