Horizon Village in Sanborn, NY is seeking a Behavioral Health Assistant to join our residential treatment team. The role involves patient safety rounds, room searches, toxicology screenings, and guiding patients through recovery in a supportive, team-based environment.

Full-time slots with varied shifts are available. Starting pay ranges from $18.82 to $19.50 per hour, plus a 25% shift differential for hours 7pm–7am; compensation reviews occur annually.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 1 year of behavioral health or healthcare work experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of behavioral health or healthcare work experience required.
• Clean NYS driver’s license and three years of driving experience as a licensed driver.

Responsabilités

• Perform hourly building rounds to ensure patient safety.
• Complete room searches throughout the facility.
• Administer toxicology screenings.
• Supervise wellness and family group activities.
• Guide patients through recovery.
