Job summary

The Arc of Anchorage is hiring a Behavioral Health Aide for a Residential Extended Shift (3-Day) in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on person-centered behavioral health services, recovery-oriented support, and collaboration with the clinical team to promote safety, independence, and positive treatment outcomes. Shifts are three 12-hour nights (Thu-Sat, 8:00 p.m.

– 8:00 a.m.). Base pay is $17.50/hour with overtime bringing pay to about $20.42/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a clinical or medical setting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and required documentation in electronic health record systems.
• Supervise clients to ensure safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to support treatment plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily living skills.
• Transport clients to medical or community appointments as needed.
