A leading company is seeking a Behavioral Health Advocate to coordinate care for members with mental health concerns and substance use disorders. The role involves visiting members in various settings and providing comprehensive support. Candidates must have a licensed Master's degree or Ph.D. in relevant fields and reside in Southwest Virginia. Benefits include full medical coverage, life insurance, and generous PTO.
The Behavioral Health Advocate's primary role is to coordinate care for members with mental health concerns and substance use disorders. This person will be based out of a home office and spend approximately 25% of the week in the community meeting with members in their homes, community centers, hospitals, or providers' offices.
Candidates must reside in Southwest Virginia. Preferred locations include Bristol, Wise, Marion, Abingdon, Wytheville, and surrounding areas. Candidates residing in areas near Roanoke, Salem, and Bedford may be considered if business needs allow. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, and includes a weekend and holiday rotation.
Primary Responsibilities:
