Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a direct service professional to provide psychosocial, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented care to our members. The role includes advocating for clients in accessing services, supporting treatment goals, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The position requires driving for program-related activities, strong teamwork, and adherence to program standards. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with CA residency and valid driver's

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and four years of direct mental health services experience.
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with four years of direct mental health services experience preferred.
California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance/registration.

Responsibilities

Provide psychosocial, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services for Turning Point members.
Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing and receiving services; empower clients to meet their goals.
Meet with clients at Turning Point sites or in the field and coordinate with families and care providers.
Maintain client records and complete required documentation and data entry.
Drive on program business using personal vehicle for outreach, home visits, and appointments.
Ensure safety, health and wellbeing of clients and complete paperwork timely.
