Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for clients in absence of Program Director.
• Advocate for clients in treatment and help with services; empower goal achievement.
• Assist clients with access to mental health services, medical care, housing and benefits.
• Maintain client records and complete documentation per program standards.
• Meet with clients at Turning Point sites, in the field, and at various care settings.
