Job summary

Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health in Garner, NC is seeking an Admissions Manager to join our onsite team. Schedule: Monday–Friday 1pm–9pm with occasional mornings or weekends as needed.

The role supports the Director in patient intake, referrals and admissions, including clinical assessment and coordinating with medical staff. You will supervise admissions staff, ensure accurate billing, and help coordinate transfers between departments.

Qualifications

• Healthcare admissions experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff in admissions or similar setting.
• Clinical interview and patient assessment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages intake, admissions, and prior authorization process for incoming patients.
• Provides clinical evaluations and coordinates psychiatric assessment with medical staff.
• Supervises admissions staff and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
