What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist facilities and referral sources with administrative duties, including consenting patients for services and conducting regular caseload audits
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers
- Support the Behavioral Health Development Coordinator in day-to-day responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of applicable company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate tracking and data entry for assigned tasks within a CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare field preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort in speaking with client families
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Proficient computer skills and strong organization and time management skills
