Job summary

Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral health hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Raleigh community for over 8 years. We are proud to be recognized as Joint Commission Accredited and Psych Armor Certified.

We are seeking an Activities Therapist to join our team, delivering therapeutic activities and treatment plans aligned with physician orders. The schedule is full-time with rotating days (Mon-Fri and Wed-Sun).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy (CTRS) or related field.
• Experience in psychiatric health care setting preferred.
• CPR certification and CPI training within 30 days.
• Current unencumbered license/registration as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using cultural, religious, and physical considerations.
• Document patient responses and progress weekly.
• Formulate initial and subsequent treatment plans per physician orders.
• Develop a care plan with measurable goals and interventions.
• Provide therapy according to the plan and coordinate with the treatment team.
• Reassess goals and update treatment plans as patient condition changes.
