Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a detail-oriented Behavioral Health information processor in Spokane. You will handle requests for information and services from clients and partner hospitals, clinics and community agencies to support BH programs.

Requirements include an Associates degree preferred and at least one year of medical or health care office experience; familiarity with practice management software and scheduling/reception duties are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of medical or health care office experience required.
• Experience with scheduling/reception in a medical or mental health clinic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes all requests for information and services for Behavioral Health programs from potential and returning clients and partner hospitals, clinics and community agencies.
