Job summary

Embrace Learning in Bellevue, WA is seeking a compassionate Behavioral & Educational Support Specialist to join a hybrid team supporting students with behavioral and cognitive needs in homes, schools, or an Embrace Learning Institute facility.

You will implement individualized plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and provide direct support in academic and behavioral settings while using evidence-based practices to promote positive changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

• Implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and other staff to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress, modifying strategies as needed to promote success.

The Behavioral & Educational Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting students with behavioral and cognitive needs across academic and social environments. This support may be provided in a 1:1 capacity or as shared support across multiple students.
