Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a dedicated Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based methods. Work occurs at homes, centers, or in community settings with supportive supervision and ongoing training.

You’ll follow clinical plans, celebrate progress, and thrive in a flexible, school-aligned schedule with paid training and growth opportunities that reward your care and commitment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Specialist, use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at a child’s home, one of our centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins that lead to big growth.
