Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) seeks a Masters-Level Behavioral Consultant to deliver community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma in Pennsylvania. This in-person role focuses on strength-based, child-centered and family-focused care across homes, schools, and community locations.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual and family therapy with collaborative teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum.
  • Active Pennsylvania clinical license required (LBS, LSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services).

  • Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals
  • Deliver services in home, school, and community environments
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care

Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)
Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour shifts

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Masters-Level Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma.

Position Summary

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based, school-based and client home setting position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able willing to travel within the assigned area.
