Responsibilities
  • Connect individuals with the mental health services they need.
  • Gather information on antecedents, behaviors, and consequences to identify treatment goals, determine behavioral interventions, and design strength-based, non-aversive behavior modification plans that respect clients' social and cultural backgrounds.
  • Develop treatment plans involving various sources with regular data-driven updates.
  • Direct treatment programs for children or adolescents, including consultation and intervention utilizing behavioral management techniques.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients, families, and treatment team members to review progress.
  • Track client progress through data collection and analysis of behavior frequency, intensity, and duration.
  • Determine the need for special evaluations and services such as medication assessments or psychological testing.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to develop routines during crises and transitions, including a 24-hour crisis plan.
Qualifications for Success
  • Passion for patient care and making positive change.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other applications.
  • Ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
  • Valid PA Driver's license.
  • Licensed as a behavior specialist or certified as a BCBA or equivalent, or have a degree in ABA, psychology, social work, counseling, or education with relevant experience.
  • Professional licensure (LBS, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible for licensure.
