Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers is seeking a Masters-Level Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families affected by trauma. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community locations across Pennsylvania.

The role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care with collaboration from schools and multidisciplinary teams. In-person, travel-heavy, and opportunities for licensure growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license required (LBS, LSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services)

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals
• Deliver services in home, school, and community environments
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care

Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour shifts

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 for Master's Level BC (Non-Licensed)

$34.00 -$42.00 for Licensed BC (LBS, LSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Compensation is based on education, licensure status, relevant experience, and internal pay grade guidelines.

Work Location

This is an in-person, community-based, school-based and client home setting position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania. Candidates must be able willing to travel within the assigned area.
