Merakey is seeking a Behavior Consultant - Fee for Service to join our IBHS team in Williamsport, PA. This role offers flexible hours and a meaningful opportunity to impact children and families by designing tailored behavior intervention plans and guiding the team.

You will analyze behavioral data, set measurable goals, and provide clinical guidance to Behavioral Technicians while collaborating with families, schools, and treatment teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA or equivalent licensure.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with children in behavioral health settings.
• Clinical supervision and guidance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents.
• Analyze behavioral data and set measurable treatment goals.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Technicians and the team.

Earn $27.50 - 32.50 per hour based on experience and licensure. Minimum of 15 hours a week

• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents

• Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing program monitoring rather than direct therapy
