Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is seeking a licensed clinician to join our Behavioral Assessment Team at the Bolivar Family Care Center. This PRN-on-call role supports safety planning and referrals for patients and families we serve.

You will conduct safety risk assessments, review charts with on-staff physicians, and help develop treatment plans and disposition. Education for patients and caregivers and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program or Master’s/Doctorate in Psychology.
• 1–3 years of behavioral health or substance abuse counseling (may include pre-degree practicum).
• Strong written and verbal communication, time-management and organization.
• LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist; PLPCs not considered at this time.
• Seated work for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Review patient charts and consult on clinical concerns with on-staff physicians.
• Conduct behavioral assessments to aid treatment planning and disposition.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on continuing care plans.
• Offer resource referrals and document information accurately.
