Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking an ABA therapist to provide applied behavior analysis therapy to children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in California.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, support social and communication skills, document progress, and participate in crisis intervention when needed. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and lifestyle perks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and empathy when working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; willing to obtain CPR/FA certification if not held.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/FA certification is a plus and may be required.

Responsibilities
