Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks Behavioral Aide for the Yucca Valley area to support K-12 students with special needs during the 2026/2027 school year. You will implement IEPs and BIP, deliver one-on-one instruction, and use ABA strategies to reach behavioral goals in a classroom setting.

You will work with teachers and clinical staff, monitor student progress, document data daily, and participate in trainings. This full-time role offers benefits and a schedule aligned with school hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Clear DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance where applicable.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred for BA III level.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIP.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on behavior, progress, and learning objectives.
• Communicate with teachers regarding student progress.
