Point Quest Group is hiring a Behavioral Aide to support K-12 students in Paso Robles, CA. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students build classroom skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with teachers and supervisors regarding student progress and concerns.

Job Title: Behavioral Aide - Paso Robles

Pay Range: $18.50-$21.00

Job Description: Point Quest is Hiring Behavioral Aides: $18.50-$21/hour +Benefits | Full-Time | Paso Robles, CA Monday–Friday | School Hours (approx. 6.5-hour shifts)| Return to school bonus eligible!

About the Role

Support students with special needs in K-12 school settings. You'll implement behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one instructional support, and help students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom. This role works closely with teachers and clinical staff to deliver personalized care for students with learning, social, emotional, or behavioral needs.

What You'll Do
