Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a Behavioral Aide to join our compassionate team. This entry‑level role involves supervising residents outdoors, providing companionship, and delivering emotional support in a calm and safe environment.

Training and support are provided, with duties including reporting concerns to nursing staff and assisting residents during outdoor activities. The position offers full‑time 8 AM–4 PM or part‑time 4 PM–9 PM shifts, with a pay rate of $15.00–$17.50 per
