Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy LLC in California is seeking a compassionate Behavior Therapist to support children with autism through ABA therapy at home, school or community settings.

You will collect data, monitor progress with families and the clinical team, and participate in paid training. The role requires weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm), reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel between locations across LA County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and willingness to obtain RBT certification or state licensure.
• Experience working with children in a supportive setting.
• Availability weekdays 3-7pm.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel between locations.
• Clear communication and ability to participate in therapies.
• Background check including DOJ/FBI and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children at home, in school, and in the community.
• Collect data to track progress and collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team.
• Maintain high-quality support and adhere to credentials.
