Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work in one of our Approved Private Special Education Programs (ALL Academy) in Trumbull, CT. You will support students with social, behavioral, and academic needs, under supervision from teachers and BCBA staff.

The role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and delivering individualized behavioral and educational plans to help students thrive in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with children with disabilities.
• Experience in ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Therapist, you will work under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs.
• You will collaborate with service providers, including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists and Occupational/Physical Therapists.
