As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities to bring behavior support plans to life. Under the guidance of a Behavior Analyst and Lead Therapist, you’ll implement individualized programs, collect and manage data, and support progress toward goals. Your impact will be hands‑on, meaningful, and deeply appreciated by the families you support.

Must have two years of supervised experience working with children with special health care needs, or an associate’s degree in human services (i.e., psychology, counseling, child development, education, nursing, etc.), or must be currently enrolled in not less than six (6) semester hours of relevant undergraduate coursework at an accredited college or university.
