Virginia Autism Spectrum Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Therapist to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will provide direct therapy under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and help implement individualized treatment plans.

The role involves collecting session data, tracking progress, and collaborating with the clinical team to adjust goals. Comfort working with ages 2–18 and strong communication are essential.

• Working knowledge of behavior principles and positive teaching practices.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and careful attention to detail.
• Comfort working with children and adolescents ages 2 through 18.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and individualized treatment plans.
